Returns

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for reasons such as:

• No longer wanting the product
• Dissatisfaction with the color or size after delivery

Returns are only accepted if:

• The item arrives damaged or defective.
• You receive the wrong product.

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos showing the damage or incorrect item

Our team will review your request and respond as soon as possible.

Return Process

If your claim is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to return the item.

Please do not send any items back without contacting us first, as unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, notify us within 48 hours so we can evaluate the issue and arrange a replacement or refund if applicable.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

• Products that have been used or damaged after delivery.
• Items returned without prior approval.
• Sale or clearance items.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product. We do not offer exchanges for changes of mind or incorrect purchases made by the customer.

Refunds

If your return request is approved after inspection, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to complete the transaction.
